About Janet

Janet has always had a lifelong passion for health and fitness. Exercise and healthy diet has been the cornerstone of her healthy lifestyle since childhood. All through her life as a mother raising two daughters, she has instilled in them an appreciation of exercise and healthy diet that continues to this day. While working in the corporate world as a CPA, Janet never lost her desire to continue to learn about health and fitness. When the opportunity presented itself in 2005 Janet turned her passion into a career. She began her formal studies to become a certified personal trainer by the countries top fitness Association, The National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). By becoming certified Janet has been able to share her extensive knowledge and infectiously positive spirit to motivate her clients.

Janet has always taken a holistic approach. She recognizes that diet, exercise and proper rest are essential to a healthy lifestyle. Being a boomer herself, Janet is keenly aware of the unique challenges that face all boomers, especially women.

Through a personalized program Janet can help you take control of your life and put you on the path to a healthy lifestyle all in the comfort of your own home.
